Terms & Conditions - The Woodlands Home Equity Support Discount

This special offer from Premium Home Remodeling is our way of giving back to the community we love here in The Woodlands. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure eligibility and proper application of the promotion.

10% Discount Eligibility

- This offer applies only to clients who received an official quote from Premium Home Remodeling between January 1 and July 31, 2025.

- To qualify, the project must be scheduled to start by September 30, 2025.

- The minimum total remodel budget must be $10,000 to receive the 10% discount.

- The project must be interior remodeling only (kitchen, bathroom, living areas, etc.). Exterior work is not eligible.

- This offer is limited to homeowners whose properties are located within The Woodlands (Alden Bridge, Sterling Ridge, Cochran’s Crossing, Indian Springs, Panther Creek, Grogan’s Mill, College Park, Creekside Park).

10% Discount on Your Next Remodeling Project

All homeowners in The Woodlands (Alden Bridge, Sterling Ridge, Cochran’s Crossing, Indian Springs, Panther Creek, Grogan’s Mill, College Park, Creekside Park). are eligible to receive a 10% discount on any new interior remodeling project with a minimum budget of $10,000.

This offer may also be transferred once to a friend, neighbor, or family member who meets the same eligibility requirements:

- The recipient must be a homeowner in one of the eligible zip codes.

- The project must be an interior remodeling job meeting the $10,000 minimum.

- The project quote must be approved within 30 days of the date it is sent.
- The discount must be mentioned at the time of the initial consultation.

3rd Project 15% OFF

Clients who have completed two previous remodeling projects with Premium Home Remodeling and are starting their third remodeling project are eligible for a 15% discount on the total project cost, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:
- Applies only to clients with two fully completed and paid remodeling projects previously contracted with Premium Home Remodeling.
- Both prior projects must have been completed at the same primary residence as the new project, unless otherwise approved by Premium Home Remodeling.
Booking Deadline:
- The project must be booked and a signed contract must be in place by September 30th, 2025, to qualify for the discount.
Project Scope:
- The discount applies to interior remodeling projects only.
- Excludes maintenance services, repairs, or exterior-only work.
Non-Transferable:
- This discount is non-transferable and cannot be applied to projects booked under a different homeowner’s name.
Combination with Other Offers:
- Cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless explicitly stated in writing by Premium Home Remodeling.
Changes & Cancellation:
- If the project start date is postponed beyond the agreed schedule, Premium Home Remodeling reserves the right to revoke the discount.

Additional Notes

- Offers may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or previously agreed-upon pricing adjustments.

- Discounts and credits hold no cash value and are applied to the final invoice only.

- Premium Home Remodeling reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements and to decline application of the offer if conditions are not met.
