Our team of experts did an amazing job in this master bathroom! Here’s the details on what we worked to achieve this incredible final result:
Master bathroom demolition: We always start these type of projects by demolishing the old bathroom and of course, having a dumpster ready for everything that goes out.
Shower walls trim: We provided and installed Jolly edge trim in shower walls and shampoo niche in white
Master bathroom shower walls: Provided and installed 1/2″ Hardie Backer cement board in walls, also provided and applied RedGard (liquid membrane), labor to install 24″x 48″ porcelain tile in walls, and grout in joints.
Master bathroom shower shampoo niche: We made two 18″ x 14″ shampoo niches, and one 6″x 14″ in bottom, with water proof barrier, finished with same tile as shower walls, sealer included.
Master bathroom shower pan & floor: Made a 3″ thickness, 3500 psi concrete shower pan, provided and installed metallic square drain cover, provided and installed vinyl waterproof barrier, finally provided and applied RedGuard liquid membrane (2nd waterproof barrier) labor to install tile in shower floor, grout in joints, sealer on top in master bathroom shower floor.

Master bathroom frameless shower door: Provided and installed 3/8″ clear tempered glass frameless shower door 76″h (28″W door), in black hardware, 8″ rounded standard handle.
Master bathroom tile in tub surrounding: Labor to install 24″x 48″ porcelain tile in master bathroom tub surrounding, grout in joints.

Master bathroom custom made vanity – cabinet (paint grade wood): Made a custom paint grade poplar wood cabinet 107″W by 22″D shaker style doors with soft
close hinges and slides.
Master bathroom vanity tower cabinet: Made a custom wooden paint grade wood tower cabinet, as per design, finished in Sherwin Williams enamel paint, with soft close hinges.

Master bathroom quartz countertop: Provided and installed 2cm Carrara quartz, finished in flat polished (square) edge and 4″ backsplash.

Master bathroom lighting 4 LED recessed can lights: Made electrical work to for (4) recessed LED can lights in master bathroom ceiling, including installing new switch in wall.

Master bathroom flooring (over concrete): Labor to install 10″x 47″ wood look porcelain tile in master bathroom floor, provided and applied grout in joints.
Master bathroom flooring baseboard 6″H: Provided and installed 6″H paint grade wood baseboard in master bathroom finished in white Sherwin Williams enamel paint.
Master bathroom remodeling floor protection: Installed Ram board to cover floor in areas where we walked during the construction process.
Master bathroom cleaning: Made a deep cleaning in master bathroom and superficial cleaning in areas where we had to walk to get the master bathroom!
