Before After

This project was focused on remodeling the kitchen and 1st story floor, it was definitely a challenge for both the project execution team, and the project management area!

Initially, the designer hired by the family covered all the details and generalities of the project. Although the essence of the initial idea was preserved, the internal structure of the house posed unexpected challenges. Gas, electricity, and water installations needed adjustments that affected some parts of the project. However, thanks to constant communication and detailed review in agreement with the homeowners and the designer, Rick adjusted the orders in harmony with the new logistics required.

Throughout the process, there were some delays in decision-making for choosing colors and measurements of materials. Despite these setbacks, the team’s ability to handle these situations ensured they did not become impossible obstacles.

The homeowners were always very kind to the staff, and they did not hesitate to express any disagreement or concern with the execution area, demonstrating their commitment to the final result.
