Job Description:
Premium Builders USA Inc is seeking a skilled Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential construction projects, with a focus on bathroom and kitchen remodels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in construction project management, team development, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate remodeling projects to meet deadlines and manage changes in project scope
Prepare and submit budget estimates, cost-tracking reports, and project progress updates
Evaluate construction methods using computer models to ensure cost-effectiveness
Supervise construction personnel and subcontractors
Develop and implement quality control and environmental protection programs
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationship
Inspect projects for compliance with environmental regulations
Perform or coordinate pre-construction assessments (e.g., feasibility, energy efficiency, environmental impact)
Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Confer with clients, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues and improve processes
Interpret project plans and contract terms for stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects or similar services
Proven sales and negotiation skills, especially in remodeling or insurance services
Experience in team development and training
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Certifications Required:
Remodeling Project Manager Certification (NARI)
Professional Certification in Data Science
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
